SHIPPING

Please note: Some orders are in stock (Will be shipped within 5-7 days of order and some orders are MADE TO ORDER (shipped 2-3 weeks from order date). Please be sure to note which category your order falls under. If you've ordered both in stock and made to order pieces, all will be shipped when the MADE TO ORDER pieces are complete. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary dependent on the country it is being shipped to. For expedited orders, please contact us.

All Trinidad based orders are shipped using TTPOST Courier Mail which takes 2-3 days from the ship date. We ship once a week on Thursdays. Please feel free to contact us for additional information. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful or attempted delivery to the order address.

returns & refunds

SHOPSHARI will gladly accept return of items purchased for an exchange (excluding shipping charges) on regularly priced items. Sale items are final sales only.

An email has to be sent to shopsharitt@gmail.com 7 days within receipt of purchase requesting an exchange authorization number, and merchandize must be shipped within 7 days of the receipt of that authorization number. Original receipt, packaging, tags and unworn merchandize must be packaged with exchange authorization number included.

The item must be unwashed, undamaged, unmarked, do not smell of smoke, have all original tags and hygiene strips attached, and are in their original condition.  Any product returned that does not meet these criteria will be shipped back to the customer.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. 

We strongly suggest that you get a tracking number for your exchange. We are not responsible for lost exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should also consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four-six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
